Order Cancellation
- Cancellation Window:
- Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement.
- After 2 hours, cancellations are not possible as lens processing begins, and lenses cannot be reused once processed.
- How to Cancel:
- To cancel your order, contact us immediately at support@specmart.com or call 9511858025 within the 2-hour window. Provide your order details for quick assistance.
- Seller-Initiated Cancellation:
- Specmart Eye Care reserves the right to cancel orders in the following cases:
- Stock unavailability.
- Incomplete or invalid payment.
- Suspected fraudulent activity.
- Specmart Eye Care reserves the right to cancel orders in the following cases:
Refund Policy
- Refund Eligibility:
- Refunds are applicable only for orders canceled within the 2-hour window or canceled by Specmart Eye Care.
- No refund will be provided for products returned with damage caused by the customer, including but not limited to:
- Breakage or scratches on lenses.
- Misuse or mishandling of the product.
- Refund Process:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days of cancellation approval.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- Non-Refundable Cases:
- Custom-made or prescription lenses.
- Products damaged due to improper use by the customer.
