Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Specmart, we strive to ensure a smooth and transparent process for all orders. Please read the following terms for cancellations and refunds.


Order Cancellation

  1. Cancellation Window:
    • Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement.
    • After 2 hours, cancellations are not possible as lens processing begins, and lenses cannot be reused once processed.
  2. How to Cancel:
    • To cancel your order, contact us immediately at support@specmart.com or call 9511858025 within the 2-hour window. Provide your order details for quick assistance.
  3. Seller-Initiated Cancellation:
    • Specmart Eye Care reserves the right to cancel orders in the following cases:
      • Stock unavailability.
      • Incomplete or invalid payment.
      • Suspected fraudulent activity.

Refund Policy

  1. Refund Eligibility:
    • Refunds are applicable only for orders canceled within the 2-hour window or canceled by Specmart Eye Care.
    • No refund will be provided for products returned with damage caused by the customer, including but not limited to:
      • Breakage or scratches on lenses.
      • Misuse or mishandling of the product.
  2. Refund Process:
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days of cancellation approval.
    • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  3. Non-Refundable Cases:
    • Custom-made or prescription lenses.
    • Products damaged due to improper use by the customer.
